This Privacy Policy is issued by Diadyn Technology LLC ("Diadyn", "we", "us"), registered in Shams Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It applies to https://diadyn.ai and, where noted, to connected Diadyn services including cloudapps.diadyntechnology.com (application delivery) and bizcards360.com (digital business cards, a Diadyn product). Where those connected services process data under their own separate terms, this Policy applies to the extent it does not conflict with those terms.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, and message content when you submit the Contact or Partner Application forms), account and billing information when you subscribe to a Diadyn application, and, only with your consent via our cookie banner, anonymised analytics data about how you use diadyn.ai. We use collected data to respond to enquiries, process subscriptions and billing, provide customer support, maintain security across our platform, and, where consented, to understand and improve the Site. We do not sell Customer Data to third parties. We do not sell or share personal information.
Certain Diadyn applications offer AI-assisted features. Where AI features are used, relevant data may be processed by our AI infrastructure provider strictly to generate the requested output. AI Features are advisory in nature; underlying data is not used to train third-party foundation models beyond what is contractually agreed with our AI infrastructure provider. Full detail is set out in our Service Agreement.
Aria chatbot. Messages a visitor types into the Aria chatbot on diadyn.ai are sent through our Cloudflare proxy to our AI provider to generate replies. Please do not enter sensitive information (such as passwords, payment card details or health data) into the chat. Chat messages are handled in line with this Section 4.
Diadyn's platform is hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with in-region data hosting available across our supported markets (GCC, Africa, India, EU, and Canada). Application delivery for subscribed products is managed via cloudapps.diadyntechnology.com.

As Diadyn serves customers across multiple regions, data may be transferred between countries in which we or our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for such transfers.
